Welcome to the Crave Crustaceans website. This Site is operated and controlled by Crave Crustaceans, LLC. Crave Crustaceans, LLC, grants you permission to view this Site, to order products from this Site for your own personal, noncommercial use, provided that you agree to and accept the notices, terms and conditions as stated in this Agreement. You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, material, software, products or services from this Site.

The names and logos of Crave Crustaceans, LLC, and Crave Crustaceans (and any portion of this Site) may not be used in any way, including advertising or having to do with redistribution of materials from this Site, without prior, written permission from Crave Crustaceans, LLC. Other product and company names mentioned in this Site may be the intellectual property of their individual owners.
Crave Crustaceans, LLC, owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, and arrangement of all content on this Site, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create works based on, or in any way exploit, any of the content. No copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial use of downloaded material will be permitted without violating unauthorized use resulting in criminal or civil penalties.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION:
You agree that all registration information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your registration information changes, you must update it by editing your registration profile on the service. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information. Subject to the return policy, Crave Crustaceans, LLC, is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of each item description. You agree to hold Crave Crustaceans, LLC, harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, from your use of this Site.
RISK OF LOSS:
The risk of loss for items purchased from this Site pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier for shipment.
QUANTITY LIMITS/ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. This may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide you notification should this happen.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You will not be charged until your payment is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
COLORS:
The Site offers products for sale and we use reasonable efforts to display accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Certain embroidered crustaceans may have different thread colors from others of the same crustacean. This may be due to the color of fabric upon which the crustacean is embroidered. It is our goal to provide you with thread colors that are visually better seen when sewn on colored fabrics. It is our sole discretion which thread colors are selected for embroidery.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES:
The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including orders of merchandise after you have submitted your order). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
