PROCESSING/SHIPPING:
We will promptly ship your order within one to two business days.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will do everything to make this delay short as possible and will notify you of the out-of-stock status.
Flat rate shipping cost of $8.00 for orders $50 and less.
Free USPS shipping for orders over $50 after any discounts and before sales tax.
Free shipping on orders over $50 does not apply to custom orders or negotiated discounted orders.
Our products ship via USPS within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
All packages ship from Florida first class or priority mail, so delivery times vary between one and four business days, depending on location.
When your package ships, you will receive an email.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Crave Crustaceans, LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Crave Crustaceans, LLC, will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. Unworn, unused, unwashed merchandise with original tags will be accepted for return or exchange within fifteen (15) days from the shipping date. You will have to pay non-refundable shipping one way. Consider returning with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages. It is necessary for you to enclose a note specifying whether it is a return or exchange.

Once we receive the package, we will either refund your order to the original payment method or exchange it.
For exchanging an item, your exchanged item will be processed as a new order and your credit card will be charged. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
Please allow one to two weeks for returns to process after receipt. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If your items happen to have a defect, we will be happy to exchange the product. Please email us at Sales@CraveCrustaceans.com for instructions.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All custom orders are non-refundable.
